Calculation assumptions
Amounts are rounded to cents for display and distribution. Percentage tools apply rates to the entered base. The bill splitter does not infer whether tax or a service charge is already included. The tip pool uses time as entered and does not determine eligibility, wages, tax withholding or payroll treatment. The pour-cost and keg-yield tools use US fluid ounces (29.5735 ml) and US gallons (3.78541 L), treat the figures you enter as exact, and give planning estimates, not inventory, accounting or tax records. The cocktail-cost tool adds up only the ingredients and extra costs you enter. The event planner starts from common rules of thumb that you can change; it does not account for local alcohol-service laws or your duty to serve responsibly.
